Sewing Club Payment Options

Please read through all of the payment options and decide what is best for you.

1 – Ad-Hoc Single days – £20 per session

This will suit you if you want to decide last minute whether to come to a session or not

you can book any single session on any of the sewing clubs providing there is space available (priority booking for those with membership and pre-pay)

 

2 – Pre-pay full term £15 per session

This will suit you if you want to book term by term or if you have joined part way through a full year (September to July)

You can pre-book a full term on any of the sewing clubs providing there is space available (priority booking for those with membership)

You will be charged £15 per session for however many sessions there are in the term (between 15 and 11 depending on the time of year)

Pre-pay sessions must be used up in the term that you booked.  Missed sessions must be paid for and will not be carried over to the following term.  

If there is space available you will be able to catch up on a missed session on a different day during the term booked

 

3 – Pre-pay individual sessions £17.50 per session

This will suit you if you can only make it to a few sessions each term

You can pre-book any session on any of the sewing clubs providing there is space available (priority booking for those with membership and full term booking)

Choose how many sessions you will be able to attend at the beginning of each full term (Autumn, Spring or Summer)

Pre-pay and book in to the session dates that you would like to attend (choose from any of the sewing club sessions during the week)

 

If you do not attend any session that you have booked then this will be charged as one of your pre-pay sessions.

Pre-pay sessions must be used up in the term that you booked.  Sessions will not be carried over to the following term.

 

4 – Full year membership £585 for 39 weeks (This works out at £15 per session) can only be booked from September

This will suit you if you want to know that you have your space booked all year and if you can come regularly through the year

If you know that you will continue sewing club through until the summer next year and you want to secure your place

 

Membership discounts

Year 1 full price – £585 ((£53.20 per month for 11 months by standing order)

Year 2 10% discount – £526.50 (£47.85 per month for 11 months by standing order)

Year 3 15% discount – £497.25 (£45.20 per month for 11 months by standing order)

Year 4+ 20% discount – £468 (£42.55 per month for 11 months by standing order)

 

NB cancellations during the full year booking system will be subject to an admin fee

Membership benefits 

  • Pay monthly by direct debit over 11 months (Sept – July)
  • Priority booking for your preferred day to ensure you always have a space all year.
  • Swap and change days (where possible)
  • Free additional ad-hoc single days if session spaces are available
  • Pattern paper, zips and interfacing included free for use on any project you are making at sewing club. Not to be taken for additional projects made outside of club.

 

MISSED SESSIONS AND CATCH UPS

 

Session changes

It is easiest if you are able to stick to the same day each week, however we do have a little bit of flexibility between sessions during the week.

If you are unable to attend your usual day, speak to Jane and we can usually find a suitable alternative day for you to catch up.

 

Missed sessions at last minute notice

Last minute cancellations will be charged.  Sometimes it is unavoidable to miss a session last minute, and we understand this.  We will try to find space for you to catch up on the session missed, if this is possible  This will be subject to availability.

Catch up sessions must be taken during the term block that you missed the session in.  Sessions will not be carried forward into a new term.

If you need to make changes to your booking for un-foreseen circumstances, please contact me directly and we can discuss our options.

Missed session at last minute notice are non-refundable

 

Cancellation Terms

Notice of cancellation must be made more than 7 days prior to the start of the first session to receive a refund

Cancelling single sessions within a term

Notice within 7 days of the start of the session are non-refundable but are transferrable where possible to another date within the term block

 

If Crafters and Makers needs to cancel a session or a block of sessions, you will receive a full refund within 10 days of notice
